Shipping

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, delivery address local time. If you require an exact delivery time, or would like special arrangements for the delivery, be sure to mention it using the order notes text box at Checkout, and we will try our best.

Shipping costs, depend on the total amount of the order and your location, as per the following table:

  • Portugal - Flat rate of 12.5 €
  • Portugal - Free shipping for a minimum order of 50 €
  • Europe - Flat rate of 20 €
  • Rest of the word - Flat rate of 20 €

If you don’t see your country listed or would like to confirm if we deliver there, please reach out using the contact form.

No Hassle Returns

If, for any reason, our product is delivered with any fault or defect, we’ll refund the total payed for the item and delivery, and provide for free-of-charge return shipping. Please contact us using our contact form here, so we can help you with the return and refund.

In the off chance you’re not happy with your new product, you can return it up to 14 days after confirmed delivery date. The returned product must arrive at our location (address on the return form) no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up as soon as possible to ensure that it arrives at our location within 14 days after delivery confirmation.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method – we’ll keep you updated. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number, or you can check the status in My Account under ‘Orders & Returns’.

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
